Set Up Fees – PER DAY

Set Up fees include Umbrella(s), Chairs and any beach equipment you have rented.  Set up is based on PER day, although equipment is rented per week.   If you do not book a set up for each day of your stay then you can get your equipment at our “Beach Boxes” on days not being set up.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PURCHASE THE SET UP OPTION?

By purchasing the set up means our beach staff will set up your rentals by 9am and take them down when you are done for the day or by 5pm, whichever comes first. We will set them up around the same spot everyday that you have paid for the set up. This is our full-service option. Please advise to purchase the set up on the days you wish to have the rentals set up. We have limited availability.

Reasons why rentals might not be set up or unavailable…

1. Weather – We do not set up in the pouring rain and we constantly look at radar and have staff on the beach ready for customers once we see the system is finally done and gone. Typically, we will set up as people come down. If it is early enough, we will set up all our T1 rentals with the set-up service. If it is later in the day, you will be set up as you come down. Paying for the set-up services does mean that when we can set them up by 9am, we will. If weather deters us from doing so, our staff will still carry, set up and break down the rentals for you.

2. Wind Conditions – we do not allow our umbrellas to be open with wind gusts more than 18mph. We will watch the wind app and put up the umbrellas as soon as the wind gets to a safe mph. We also tilt the umbrella into the wind to avoid a gust making the umbrella go flying in the air. We do practice safety when it comes to our umbrellas. Even if it is too windy for umbrellas, we will have chairs available.

If you do not wish to purchase the set-up option. Rentals will be available to you when you get down on the beach. You may pick them up and return them to our beach boxes, located on the left side of the beach access. Our staff will be there to sign in and out the rentals. Please make sure our staff checks the rentals back in to avoid a fee for not turning them back in.
